Each month when I do our “scheduled monthly maintenance” that you set up for us, I am so grateful for this routine.  It is so easy and convenient to do the way you set it up for us.  I do it with in the first few days of each month faithfully and it is pretty much a “no-brainer” .  I do not know of anyone else who has such a handy way to keep their computer running well, unless it has been set up that way by you.  I feel very safe when I see each month what has been “caught” by some of the detection programs that you have installed and although it has been over a year, when you came by for an annual computer check up, there was very little that you had to do, as the computer was running nearly flawlessly.

Having had a computer for many years and having had many viruses and issues prior to contracting with you, we feel very confident that your scheduling us to do some very simple steps each month, clearly outlined, has kept our computer running so smoothly and quickly.  Thanks again ever so much.  Joyce and John
