          Is your computer running too slow?  Can't get online?  Won't boot up?

Once you describe the problem and provide any original disk, the rest is up to us.

First we try to reproduce the problem as you described it to diagnose the issue.  

The repair process comes in many forms:       

• Often the issue is caused by a virus.  Virus removal is only half the problem.  The remainder of the work is to restore any damaged operating or program files.

• Sometimes the problem originates because of files that were corrupted due to an improper shutdown.  File restoration can be as easy as an update or more in depth as removing the program and re-installing it onto the hard drive.

• Occasionally a hardware device is faulty.   Once isolated, the device is replaced and fully tested.
